This
letter is let you know how valuable our relationship
with MiCTA has been. A vendor initially introduced us
to your organization some years back and we have been
members ever since. I don’t know how many Ohio
hospitals are current MiCTA members, but as the immediate
past- President of OHTA (Ohio Hospital Telecommunications
Association), I recommended MiCTA to many of our member
hospitals looking for better pricing on long distance
and other sponsored services.
My employer is the (non-profit) county hospital system
in Cleveland, Ohio and in public healthcare today every
dollar counts. The money saved on administrative needs
can work to provide and improve healthcare delivery.
It is time to renew our long distance contract again
and we are anticipating using a MiCTA provider for the
best possible pricing from a leading corporate supplier.
Since MiCTA actively bids for products and services,
we are permitted to purchase under its master agreement(s)
without a lengthy bid process otherwise required for
major acquisitions. (Wow, does this save time!)
In
short, we have saved tens of thousands of dollars as
a result of our MiCTA relationship. Keep up the good
work!
