and involvement. Wireless in this context refers to cellular
and 802.11/16. |

| Our organization is founded on member input.
By better understanding members' needs, tapping into their
expertise, sharing their experiences, and collectively
using our influence, we can deliver additional value to
all members. |

| The goal of our effort should result in
an end product that: |

Develops meaningful member programs |

Provides member education / informational materials

| Member input will ultimately shape the agenda.
To help drive discussion, the following topics may be

Review and discuss industry advances
with 802.11/16 and cellular technologies |

Discuss and debate implementations of wireless
solutions |

|
Discuss integration issues and share insights
with members on: |

|
wireline and 802.11 |
|
|
applications and issues when run over 802.xx |

|
cellular and landline, cellular and 802.11,
landline and 802.11 |

|
Discussion and feedback on policy, security, standards,
emerging technologies, cost justifications, business
drivers to implement technologies |

Discussion of MiCTA / ATAlliance programs |

Moderate member listserv |

|
Assist with the development of wireless education
for conferences |

| Any member who is interested in wireless
issues concerning: business and finance, security, emerging
technology, program procurement, standards, or policy. |

| The average participant should not have
any additional time burdens beyond their current work
load. MiCTA Service Corporation will facilitate work items,
but members are needed to help shape discussion and direction.
Our hope is that many members will participate regularly
through listserv, ad hoc conference calls, and meetings
at a MiCTA or ATAlliance sponsored event. |
