| Web Portal Advisory Group - The new version of the MiCTA website went into production as of April 18, 2005. We will continue to develop this site in addition to the ATAlliance and MiCTA Service Corporation sites. |

| MiCTA/ATA members using the web portal regularly are
able to provide the best perspective on features, usability
and overall "look and feel". Members also may
be versed in web design and will be able to provide technical
input. By better understanding members' needs, tapping
into their expertise, and sharing their experiences, we
can deliver additional value to all members. |

| The goal of our effort should result in an end product

Allows clear, concise access to member programs |

Delivers educational / informational materails
which are timely and relevant to the membership
and it's segments |

Provides member educational / informational materials |
|

Is modern, compatible, and compliant |

| Member input will ultimately shape the agenda. To help
drive discussion, the following topics may be used: |

Review and discuss current design and suggest
functional changes / improvements |
|
|
Improvement of web portal organizational structure |
|
|
Development of a "New Member Quick-Start
Sheet" for introduction to our web portal |
|
|
Suggestions for preferred discussion platform
technologies / formats |
|
|
| Any member who is interested in assisting and influencing
our web portal design, from users to designers |
|
| Organization and initial kick-off in Spring / Summer
of '04 |
|
| The average participant should not have any additional
time burdens beyond their current work load. MiCTA Service
Corporation will facilitate work items, but members are
needed to help shape discussion and direction. Our hope
is that many members will participate regularly through
listserv, ad hoc conference calls, and meetings at a MiCTA
or ATAlliance sponsored event. |
